Alderwood Park in Murrieta is a diverse and engaging park divided into western and eastern sections, each offering unique amenities for outdoor activities and Pokémon research.
Trainers, do note that both sections appear to be the same nesting site within Pokémon Go.
The western part of the park includes a dog park with separate areas for small and large dogs, making it a great spot for pet owners. There’s also a small tot lot for younger children, a gazebo picnic shelter with tables for outdoor meals, and parking for convenience.
On the eastern half, you’ll find a large kids’ playground, open turf areas for play or relaxation, a patio with picnic tables, two half-court basketball courts, two pickleball courts, more parking, and a 3,000 square-foot Alderwood Clubhouse. Restrooms are conveniently located on this side of the park at the clubhouse.
